  • Evaluation to determine the need for continued treatment for an adolescent that has committed a violent act such as fighting in school.  Generally these evaluations are completed after an adolescent has completed community service hours, education classes, and victim restitution.  These types of evaluations often investigate the defendant’s likelihood to re-offend.
  • Evaluation to determine mental stability of defendant for returning to school or work.  Depending on the circumstances, an MMPI-2 or MMPI-A test of psychopathology is administered to determine the need for ongoing therapy and structure to limit the possibility of re-offending.
